Benjamin Moore & Co. warrants satisfactory results if used according to label directions.
If not satisfied return the unused portion to place of purchase with sales receipt.
Material will be replaced or purchase price will be refunded. Since we have no control
over surface preparation or application, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST
OF LABOR FOR APPLICATION OF PAINT. BENJAMIN MOORE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE
LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS CONTAINED IN THE ABOVE
WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

applied, in accordance with label instructions
A “Satisfactory Result” is defined by the consumer. If they are not satisfied, they
can make a claim
Warranty only covers product replacement or a purchase price refund, NO
LABOR. BM will replace with equivalent, or comparable product, at no charge.
Consumer must produce proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
BM will not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages. In other
words, we will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, damages or time
resulting from the use of this product. Nor will we be responsible for damages to
the house underlying our products.
25 YEAR WARRANTY:

peel from properly prepared and primed surfaces, and 3. wear down or weather to
expose the previously painted surface. This warranty shall be effective for 25 years and
is made to the original residential consumer paint purchaser. This warranty is non‐
transferable. If this product fails to perform as explained above when used according to
label instructions within the warranty period, Benjamin Moore & Co. will, upon
presentation of proof of purchase (original sales receipt), provide an equivalent or
comparable product at no charge. Since we have no control over surface preparation or

with label instructions
Warranty only covers product replacement, NO LABOR. BM will replace with
equivalent, or comparable product, at no charge.
Warranty is non‐transferable, meaning the warranty cannot be assigned to
another party. For example, if the dwelling or property that is coated with this
product is sold, leased or rented to another party, then warranty is no longer
valid
